Coming from the North on 101 heading South: Take the Exit at Richmond Bridge 580 Oakland Exit. Take Bellam Blvd exit. Turn Left on Bellam to E. Francisco Blvd. Turn Right on E. Francisco Blvd. Go to the first light which is Irene Street. Then turn Left. Our parking lot is on Irene Street, next to the U-Haul lot. 3095 Kerner Blvd faces Irene Street.
